Information about the service fee

Dear user,

you have returned the e-cargobike improperly. Each cargobike has a designated home station printed on the box to which it has to be returned. There is a regular fee of 500 SEK per rental when returned improperly.

This fee does not apply to the first improper return. Please note that in case of repetition the fee will apply.

You can still avoid the fee: 
Go back to the bike and rent it again. Do not do this from afar, as the lock will open automatically. If you return the bike correctly now, the new rental will be merged with the old one and the improper return fee will be cleared. That means the final calculation for your rental will consider the start of the first rental and the end of the second rental to calculate the duration.

Which return options are there for Göteborg Cargo?
At home stations:

Göteborg Cargo offers e-cargobikes at three stations in Kungsgatan, Stigbergstorget and Jaegerdorffsplatsen. Return your e-cargo to the station, that is printed on its box.
Please make sure that the bike is parked in such a way that it does not obstruct anyone.

Away from home stations:

E-cargos may not be returned away from their home stations. Styr & Ställ stations do not belong to Göteborg Cargo.
For improper returns a fee of 500 SEK  will apply automatically.

Unjust fees? What now?
Due to slight GPS deviations, you may be charged a fee for inproper return even though you returned your bike at a station. No problem. Contact our hotline at +46 317679438 or send us a message via app with your registered mobile phone number, respective bike number and a short description of the problem. We will correct the rental.
